The Charting Self Love Podcast
Welcome to this space, where we explore self-love as the foundation for living a truly full life, not a perfect life, but a full one. We'll go deep into the mindset shifts, the heart shifts, the messy middle, and the beautiful breakthroughs that happen when you finally decide to put yourself first.
I share my personal Comfort Zone Challenge, the real, unfiltered stories of me attempting things I've always told myself I'm just "not good at." Spoiler: it doesn't always go smoothly. But that's kind of the point.
And I connect with incredible women who have helped me chart my own self-love adventure. Sharing their wisdom, their stories, and their honesty will leave you feeling seen.
So take a breath, settle in, and let's get to charting self love.

A Note from Grace
What’s cool about this episode is that I realized while I was in the pause what was happening and I went with the flow. I didn’t chide myself for moving slower than I expected. I didn’t deprive myself of rest. I didn’t lose momentum. And that was all pretty cool because I

This episode is real and sharing about my chaos feels vulnerable. I know that I summed things up in a 39 minute episode but this was the recap of something that I kept saying I would do but never seemed to get a handle on…and looking back I see that it was because I didn’t keep my promise to myself.

This episode centers on a weekend that was full of fun but could have been hindered by my hormonal flip flops. There was a time when that absolutely would have happened. Was this one perfect? No, and that's the point.

A Note from Grace
When I recorded this episode I was about 20 days into this nurture quest and in the midst of the first migraine I’ve had in over a year. For me, migraines have been a part of my cycle and as I’m well into the throws of perimenopause (the late part), I have been glad to say goodbye to them. If one was going to pop up, I’m glad it happened while I’m focused on nurturing myself. This has made it easier to navigate.

Heading into this quest, I wasn’t sure what I would choose first. I had some ideas but on day 1 my morning routine had a change which meant that I was the only one in the house awake for about an hour before I would have to leave for work. That meant no navigating shower time or climbing over each other while making breakfast and I was way ahead of schedule…so I started with a mediation and that felt great.

About This Episode
In this week’s episode I get to share the fabulous energy and wisdom of my friend and mentor, Kaitlin Anthony. Kaitlin is a trauma-informed sales coach, entrepreneur, and girl mom based in Los Angeles who has built her career in commission-only sales and high-ticket entrepreneurship.
As founder of The BEAM Life® and host of the Be Everything and More podcast, Kaitlin has a refreshingly direct take on why women aren't struggling with confidence, they're struggling with sales skills nobody ever taught them. She helps female coaches and creatives build consistent high revenue months without shrinking, discounting, or burning out in the process.
She has successfully grown her business and community through COVID, financial hardships, neurodivergence, and through rebuilding her life after divorce. Her clients don't just make more money, they stop being afraid of it.

A Note from Grace
I thought that the Comfort Zone Challenge episodes would be me setting out intentionally to put myself in uncomfortable spaces and it is. But, it may be working sooner than I thought. I recently stepped way out of my comfort zone by reconnecting with an old friend. That sounds nice, lunch or coffee right? But after the loss of community and friendships in my life it was no easy feat. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and join me while I share the details.
