The Charting Self Love Podcast

Welcome to this space, where we explore self-love as the foundation for living a truly full life, not a perfect life, but a full one. We'll go deep into the mindset shifts, the heart shifts, the messy middle, and the beautiful breakthroughs that happen when you finally decide to put yourself first.

I share my personal Comfort Zone Challenge, the real, unfiltered stories of me attempting things I've always told myself I'm just "not good at." Spoiler: it doesn't always go smoothly. But that's kind of the point.

And I connect with incredible women who have helped me chart my own self-love adventure. Sharing their wisdom, their stories, and their honesty will leave you feeling seen.

So take a breath, settle in, and let's get to charting self love.

About This Episode
In this week’s episode I share my experience attending a Mexican Bark Painting event at my local library. From the name and with absolutely no knowledge of art, I thought we might be painting on a piece of wood or bark. We did not and I’ve since learned that the paper used for this beautiful vibrant art is made of bark. Now…let’s get uncomfortable.
Episode Highlights
Local library events are pretty great
Getting lost in making art is so relaxing
Music connects people of all ages and backgrounds

About This Episode
In this week’s episode I get a little vulnerable about loving my whole self. When I got stuck in my healing journey I realized that loving myself mind and soul wasn’t fully loving myself. Loving the body I had spent years hating was an important step on my path. This is a trigger warning if you’ve experienced issues with body love or pregnancy loss.

Episode Highlights
Diet Culture was a way of life
2 miscarriages and hyper-emesis
2 full term pregnancies made me feel strong
Loving all of you is so important

A Note from Grace
This episode is one that I debated sharing...at least at this point in the podcast timeline. My body image issues ran long and deep. It was only a few years ago that I set out to love my body like I was loving the rest of myself. Diet culture was part of the world I grew up in and it is something I determined would not be prevalent in my kids’ upbringing.
